"Really smooth, professional delivery"
As someone who really appreciates when deliveries are easy and no-drama, this was exactly the kind of experience I like. The driver was super polite and professional, called when he was nearby, and found my building without any hassle. Everything was handed over neatly, and the food was still hot when it arrived. just a really smooth delivery

"Fresh food, but I felt a little rushed"
I’ve ordered from ClusterTruck a few times now, and the food has been good overall. The ingredients always taste fresh, especially the veggies and salads, and nothing has shown up soggy or like it had been sitting around forever, which I really appreciate with delivery. The only downside was that one order arrived a little lukewarm. I also felt kind of pressured to decide quickly when ordering because there were so many options and I didn’t want to mess anything up, but the food still tasted good. I’d order again.

"Always something to pick from"
I really like how many options they have. Every time I go to figure out lunch, I end up scrolling around for a bit, kind of forgetting what I was originally craving, but in a good way. There’s always something that sounds good, so I never feel stuck...

"Not as hot as I expected"
The food showed up warm, but I felt a little misled because I was expecting it to be properly hot. The fries especially could’ve been a lot hotter.

Ordered from clustertruck.com and, I don’t know, I wasn’t really expecting that much food, but the portions were seriously bigger than usual. I actually had leftovers for later, which almost never happens when I get delivery. Food showed up hot too, so yeah... no real complaints. Happy with it.

They actually cover my side of town now, which is super nice. Ordering was really easy too, with no weird hassle or anything.

"Showed up fast and still hot"
I ordered dinner from ClusterTruck and, from what I remember, it got here faster than I expected. I don’t really remember all the delivery details, but the tracking was easy enough to follow. The food was still hot when it arrived, which is the part that stuck with me. The driver did have a little trouble finding my building, but it didn’t add much time. Solid overall.

"They fixed the issue and refunded me"
My order showed up wrong, which was frustrating at first. That said, customer service got back to me quicker than I expected and the refund went through without me having to chase them around. I wouldn’t say the whole experience was perfect, since the mistake shouldn’t have happened in the first place, but I do appreciate that they handled it properly. I’d probably give them another shot.

"Pretty solid, but I wanted more vegan stuff"
Overall, I thought the dietary options were good. I found a few things that worked for me, which was nice, and the menu didn’t feel totally impossible to navigate. That said, I kept wishing there were more vegan choices. Like, the options were okay, but then I’d look around and feel like there could’ve been a bit more variety. Still a decent experience, just a little limited if you’re eating vegan

"I had a little issue with my order..."
I had a little issue with my order, so I messaged customer service and, i wasn’t really expecting much. But they got back to me quickly and, like, fixed everything without making it feel like a whole big thing.
It was just nice, you know, actually talking to a real person who seemed to care. It definitely made me feel better about ordering from them again.

"Food was way better than I expected"
The food was a really nice surprise. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked just right. The only small downside was that the wait was a bit longer than I hoped, but once the food came out, it was totally worth it. I’d definitely come back.
